Irish Breakfast Tea

Irish Breakfast tea is a black tea blend with Assam as the typical hearty, malty base, then blended with Kenyan and Sri Lankan black teas. Irish breakfast tea is commonly served with milk because of its strength, but may also be sipped plain or with sugar. In Ireland, milk and dairy is traditionally a large part of the diet and most people drink tea with milk. Although called Irish Breakfast tea, it is drunk throughout the day.
